FormScribe form automation

Filling in long Web forms on the Internet can be tiresome, especially if you've already entered most of the same information somewhere else. FormScribe is the solution. Enter your details on a FormScribe document, and you can transfer them to third-party Web pages at the press of a button.

When is FormScribe useful?

Wherever there's a lot of bureaucracy and it includes Web-based forms, especialy when the same information is currently entered in more than one location.

How is FormScribe applied?

Under the FormScribe system, you have a core FormScribe document which can be a Word file or Excel spreadsheet. This core document is used as the basis for filling in any Web-based forms where some of the same data must be entered. Additional data can be added to the web forms manually after FormScrbe has done its work.

For each individual application, FormScribe has to be configured to collect appropriate data and programmed to communicate with the Web pages where this data must be sent. The end result is a custom document that can be used to transfer the data. The cost is covered by a yearly licence fee.

Could you use FormScribe in your office?

FormScribe can also be customised to send data by email or create or import CSV, XML and PDF files.

FormScribe was developed in the UK and is only available in Europe.
